Have you ever heard the sentence ”a picture is worth a thousand words”? María totally agrees and, for that reason, she chose this method. But, how does it work? Through images we can tell a story, share a thought, a reality … So the main goal is to raise awareness and to make people think about a topic (that you will discover very soon) with this powerful tool. In this edition of the Carnaval: pictures will be taken by persons interested in the issue of gender equality to express situations in which this is not 100% respected. These will be displayed in public, in an event created by our Spanish volunteer, Maria Vitoria Andres in order to raise awareness on the topic.

Ați auzit vreodată zicala “o imagine face cât o mie de cuvinte”? María este total de acord și, din acest motiv, a ales această metodă. Dar cum funcționează? Prin imagini putem spune o poveste, împărtăși un gând, o realitate … Astfel, obiectivul principal este de a crește gradul de conștientizare și de a face oamenii să se gândească la acest subiect (pe care îl veți descoperi foarte curând) cu acest instrument puternic.
