A trecut o lună de când sunt aici și încă sunt la fel de entuziasmată ca la început. Înainte să ajung în Mussomelli mi-a fost puțin frică de ce va fi, însă până în momentul de față, este una dintre cele mai frumoase experiențe pe care le-am avut și sper să rămân la fel de pozitivă.

I have been in Romania quite a while now and since I arrived I have been noticing some similarities between Portugal and Romania. I don’t know if it is a way, for me, not to miss Portugal so much or not to feel that I’m away from home, or, maybe, to see that each country has its own culture and values.

Centrul comunitar La Sympathie este un centru educațional pentru copii unde aceștia, alături de voluntari, pot întreprinde activități after-school menite să le sporească creativitatea și independența. Centrul este un spațiu care favorizează dialogul inter-generațional, libertatea de exprimare și solidaritatea. Voluntarii SEV se vor ocupa de 2 activități, prima în ”Sectorul Copii” cu copii între 3-10

What do you think Romania and France have in common? Chloe, our volunteer from France, after volunteering for 8 months in Romania, organizing summer camps, seminars, intercultural presentations, activities in schools and kindergartens from rural areas, in high-schools from Baia Mare and in a center for children with Down Syndrome, got to this findings.
