Volunteering Opportunity for Romanian Youth: ESCalade Volunteering Mountain 5

As every year, we are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic volunteers to join our organization. Our team is ready to welcome new volunteers and provide them with meaningful experiences, personal growth, and the chance to make a real impact in the lives of young people with disabilities.

• Project duration: From 9 to 12 months, From OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2025.
• Location:  Modigliana, Forli-Cesena, Italy
• Financed by: European Solidarity Corps

 Volunteer profile:

 For Activity with Children:

• Between 23-28 years old.
• Citizen of Romania.
• Hobbies and interests connected with sport.
• Energy and motivation.
• Some experience in the educational field.
• Competence in Programming and Organizing activities.
• Some basic knowledge of Italian language.

For Activity with Persons from the Disability Care Center:

• Between 23-28 years old.
• Openness to diversity.
• Some experience in the field of disability.

For Activity in Daily Center:

• Between 23-28 years old.
• Openness to diversity.
• Some experience in the field of disability.

The volunteer tasks will be:

• Organize fun and creative non-formal education activities for children..
• Making some handcrafts, activity with disabled people.
• Organizing joint activities with local volunteers.

As a volunteer, you will benefit of:

• Volunteers will receive a monthly allowance of €180 (pocket money) + €200 (food allowance).
• Will share an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Accommodation bills are covered by the Organization.
• Round-trip travel expenses to and from the project are reimbursed according to ESC (European Solidarity Corps) limits.
• Health insurance provided by the ESC program, complementary to the EHIC.
• Online Italian language course provided by the ESC program.
