Selecția nu ține cont de alte stagii SEV efectuate de candidat până în acest moment sau stagii planificate pentru viitor. Este un proiect finanțat de Comisia Europeană, în cadrul acțiunii 4.6 – astfel că, deși se aplică regulile SEV, nu se încadrează ca activitate în acțiunea 2.
