Hello, I’m Ella, I’m French and I’m 26 years old. I studied psychology in Bordeaux, France. I choose to do an EVS because I was a bit lost after my studies. I was looking for a new opportunity in order to expand my boundaries, gain experience, share thoughts and meet people who can have a great influence on my life.

Decizia de a beneficia de un program de voluntariat de 2 luni, care a implicat activități atât pentru refugiați cât și pentru localnici nu s-a lăsat mult așteptată. La începutul lunii februarie îmi luam zborul spre Gaziantep. Un oraș cu o populație de circa 2 milioane de oameni, în regiunea Anatolia de Sud-Est din Turcia. Gaziantep este un oraș situat în apropierea graniției cu Siria, care găzduiește un număr semnificativ de refugiați sirieni.

When I decided to come to Romania I didn’t expect to meet so many people from so many different backgrounds, and I definitely couldn’t imagine how much of an impact they would have on me. I have met people who I would like to be a part of my life for a long time.
