    ”A Head Full of Dreams” este un proiect prin Serviciul European de Voluntariat ce are loc în Istanbul, timp de 2 luni, începând cu Decembrie 2017, în 4 runde. Voluntarii vor fi selectați din Ungaria, Ucraina, România și Italia. Principala tematică a proiectului este creșterea vizibilității cu privire la cetățenia europeană și oferirea de informații cu privire la drepturile omului și uniunea europeană.
