When I finished my activities in the school, I started thinking about the summer camps because the last part of my project consisted of that. The last volunteers told me a lot about their experience in the summer camps, they remembered the summer period as the best time spent here in Romania.

When I was preparing the summer camps, I started to think how it would be. If we would have a lot of children, if they would be very energetic or not, if they would like our activities, if we would be able to handle all the responsibility and how the places would be as well. I was very excited to start, I was very curious to see how the children will react to our presence.

Căutăm un voluntar pentru un proiect Serviciul European de Voluntariat cu începere în 18 septembrie 2017, în Polonia în orașul Lodz. Voluntarul va lucra în două grădinițe din oraș cu copii cu vârste cuprinse între 3 și 13 ani. Copii sunt împărțiți în grupe de câte 25 (aproximativ). Voluntarii vor pregăti ateliere de lucru manual și vor ajuta staff-ul organizației și grădiniței la implementarea de evenimente locale. Vor învăța limba poloneză și vor avea șansa să prezinte cultura României sau să implementeze ateliere de creație bazate pe skillurile voluntarului.

Am tot fugit de acest moment, ascunzându-mă după fiecare moment plăcut, după fiecare zâmbet de copil de care am avut posibilitatea să mă bucur mereu, după serile în care Jelsava Team discuta cu entuziasm pregătind noi activități, după munții și văile Slovaciei care mi-au fost mamă și tată.
