“Romania surpassed all my expectations. I didn’t anticipate finding such beauty in simplicity, and the Romanian people surprised me with their kindness and hospitality. As a volunteer, every day was filled with emotions and surprises and it was an adventure. I fell in love with this country and its people, and I’ll definitely be back.
The steam train ride was breathtaking, especially with the snow-covered landscape. The wooden monasteries were truly inspiring, and the warm hospitality of Darius’ uncles was unforgettable. It was a warm experience that made me feel right at home.”

“Our Maramureș adventure was incredible! We took a nostalgic journey on the Mocănița steam train, enjoying stunning mountain views. The Happy Cemetery in Săpânța was a unique and thought-provoking experience. I was amazed by the region’s natural beauty and the warm hospitality of the Romanian people. I cant wait to explore more of Romania in the future.”
