I have been in Baia Mare, in the north of Romania, for two months now. I had the chance to meet great people and to work with children full of life! I love being with them and having the feeling that our shared moments allow them to get out of their complicated daily life.

The project was scheduled to take place during a 10-hour excursion, but it was canceled due to weather conditions and replaced with the creation of other activities in the Ardusat area. The day was divided into two moments. A first part was held outdoors, near an area where an old palace stood and a second part that took place indoors, in a house owned by one of the scout leaders.

Hattie is our French international volunteer. As part of her civic service, Hattie is working with kids, mostly kids from very disadvantaged communities. She also implements activities about nondiscrimination with kids. Hattie organized on Monday 11th October a public debate about nondiscrimination.
