My name is Janek, I’m from Germany and today I will tell you a little something about my past few weeks in Romania. I’ve arrived here in the beginning of March for a volunteering project called DO IT!. We, that includes three other volunteers from France and Austria, were supposed to teach teenagers in high school, unfortunately the current epidemic came right on point to keep us from actually starting to teach.

Asociația Hors Pistes și Francophonia sunt în căutare de voluntari români pentru un proiect în orașul Nisa, pe 10 luni, prin Corpul European de Solidaritate. Proiectele sunt create în sprijinul profesorilor de limba franceză pentru a aduce o dimensiune multiculturală a lecțiilor, cu ajutorul voluntarilor.

An ESC project was a good mix between those points. When I applied to this project, I had no idea what to expect ; I didn’t know Romania at all, and it was a bit blurry concerning the activities that I was going to do.

„Nature Rush” este un proiect care implică 4 voluntari în Yialia, zona Paphos, Cipru. Proiectul se va concentra pe tematica protectiei mediului. Voluntarul va lucra cot la cot cu ”Departamentul Forestier al Statului” și ”Departamentul pentru protecția vieții marine” din Cipru.
